Support & FAQs

Where does my data live?
Everything stays on your device — stored in your browser’s local storage. Nothing is ever sent to a server. Not by us, not by anyone.
Moving to a new phone?
Go to Settings → Backup & Restore, export a backup file, then import it on your new device. Nothing gets left behind.
What’s the orange dot on Evening Check-in?
A gentle reminder that today’s check-in hasn’t been logged yet. It disappears once you’ve saved your evening entry.
Taking this to a GP appointment?
Head to the Report tab — it generates a clean, printable summary of your symptoms and patterns, formatted to share with your doctor.
